Silent Auction
The silent auction is being held in conjunction with the annual Awards Night in June. IMPI appreciates all donations to the upcoming silent auction and in return, we would like to offer your organization valuable exposure to our attendees and the rest of our member group.
Your donation to an IMPI silent auction will help you make a connection with the heart of the meetings industry in Indiana and across the globe. Because IMPI operates as a 501-3(c) not for profit, donations for the silent auction help fund many of the chapter’s projects and initiatives. These initiatives in turn offer members the tools and networks to continue to grow professionally, bringing better meetings and events to Indiana.
The silent auction is a principal part of the evening’s entertainment for the group. All items are displayed throughout the reception area. Large ticket items, packaged items or other unique offerings will be featured prominently. We suggest being creative in what you can offer for the auction to draw maximum attention to your company.
Finally, as an added benefit to donors wishing to offer large ticket, unique or packaged items, your donation will be featured on the IMPI website advertising the annual Awards Night Silent Auction. This will provide maximum exposure as all members considering and attending the event are sure to browse through the featured items!
